ZEE CROMBIE

With 13 years experience in the advertising and design arena my role has covered, finished art, studio management & production implementation as well as software training.
Living in London and working for a top advertising agency, 23Red, and later the charity NSPCC opened my eyes to the world of global branding & advertising and the studio systems and professional ways of working that ensure the smooth running of those businesses.
My software knowledge and organisational skills have helped my running of studio traffic systems, implementing my own time & money saving systems.I’ve mentored finished artists & designers on all aspects of Adobe software, especially Indesign. This was something I really enjoyed and it led me to explore software training within the studio of NSPCC (UK) and externally at 1HQ(UK), an international brand consultancy who employed me to do training within their studio.
My time spent working as part of the studio definitely helps with effective traffic and production management and I work well with creatives, client service and external suppliers. I am accustomed to working under pressure and have a ‘solutions’ personality. I believe in communication and respect for all teams within an agency.
